This two days long course is a preparation for formal ITCQF certification exam, built on latest official ITCQF syllabus and training materials supplemented with real life examples. Optionally, all participants can take an exam at the end of the second day. It focuses on creating documentation of various types: user manuals, installation guides, configuration guides, technical guides, helps, as well as procedures and project documentation.

ITCQF provides a means to standardize the terminology, processes and best practices used by professionals across the world in different organizations.

This is an in-class training delivered by professional trainers, accompanied with training materials and unlimited post-training support. We act as an accredited ITCQF training provider and a key partner of International Technical Communication Qualifications Foundation.

Throughout the course, we will show you what to pay attention to when creating technical documentation, as well as how to manage it, how to
choose the right tools, and how to communicate effectively with co-creators and the end users of IT systems.

This course is intended for anyone wishing to achieve the International Technical Communication Qualifications Foundation (ITCQF) certificate.

Our training is not a lecture – we show real-life examples, best practices and give you time for practical exercises. We want people to understand technical communication. Passed exam is just a side effect.
